Our re-entry program is dedicated to helping individuals successfully transition from incarceration back into the community. We understand that re-entry is more than just finding a job or a place to live—it’s about rebuilding a life, restoring dignity, and creating a future with purpose.

Through one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and resource connections, we empower individuals to take positive steps, strengthen relationships, and become productive members of society. Every person has the potential for change, and our mission is to provide the support, accountability, and encouragement needed to make that change last.

Families Are Effected Too

●1 in 14 children in the U.S. has experienced a parent being incarcerated at some point in their life (Annie E. Casey Foundation, 2016).

●Children of incarcerated parents are 2–3 times more likely to experience depression and anxiety (Journal of Child and Family Studies, 2018).

●They are 4–5 times more likely to develop behavioral problems, including aggression and withdrawal (National Institute of Justice, 2017).

●Over 70% of children with an incarcerated parent show symptoms of PTSD, such as nightmares, hypervigilance, or emotional numbing (Urban Institute, 2015).

Your pain is our pain. We will chain together to break the chains that not only effect post prisoners but families that are affected by prison as well.
